Calendar layouts

As two of my closest friends know..I have been working on a calendar for my mom! This was a project that was supposed to be a gift for Xmas 2009...however it has been a work in progress since January! I have given her a few months at a time throughout the year to add to her calendar! Anyways...I finished up October and November this week! Now I just have December to do!

Clean & Simple

Clean and simple was the challenge this week at Stamp, Scrap, and Doodle Saturday
This is a super simple card but yet looks very elegant. I just recently made a set of 10 of these for a close friend for her birthday gift. The materials I used for this card were:
~black and white cardstock
~Flourish stamp set (no clue on the company for the set...came from Wal-Mart)
~Black and Blush stamp pads from CTMH
~Sentiment from CTHM stamp set: Treasure Life
~white crayon
That's it!!! Let me know what you think! I love feedback!

Color Challenge at H2H

I finally got around to completing another challenge from H2H. This week it was a color challenge using vineyard berry, blush, and creme brulee! It was quite a challenge but I am proud of the result! Here is what I used:
~Vineyard berry cardstock, blush cardstock, creme brulee cardstock
~Flourish stamp from Wal-Mart on the blush cardstock
~Connections stamp set (large flourish)
~You're Special stamp set (sentiment)
~Vineyard stamp pad, Blush Stamp pad
~Liquid glass and prisma glitter
~Rhinestone flourish from Prisma
~Rhinestones from Imaginisce (used my new I-Rock tool)

The picture didn't come as great as I would like...does any one have any suggestions for taking good pictures of your cards/layouts?

CHA Make & Takes

A friend of mine is trying to get her online store up and running again and to do so she went to CHA to take a look at all of the new products coming out! And nicely she invited me and another close scrapping friend to come along! We went to some neat workshops on Monday and then Tuesday we hit the showfloor! Here are a few of the make & takes we did throughout the day. This was a scrapbook layout that we were able to do at The Little Yellow Bicycle booth.

This is an assortment of projects we did at Unity Stamp booth, Craft-N-Doodle booth, The Craft Lounge booth, and others I can't remember! I still have 2 projects to finish from the Cricut booth and the Quick Quotes booth. When I get them finished I will post them!
